With the signature of José Pedro Vieira and Diogo Rosa Lã, the decoration of the entire Valverde is the fundamental touch of what the hotel wants to offer. Starting from the idea of homely environment, the interior design of the hotel, relaxed and intimate, is one of subtle contrasts, fancy details and a spirit both classic and cosmopolitan. Valverde is also the home of Carla Sousa. In the hotel restaurant, called Sítio Valverde, the chef reinterprets traditional portuguese cuisine. With a capacity for 27 clients, it serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as lighter meals throughtout the day, such as afternoon tea, and a Sunday brunch.
